Curious to learn more about Fool School? Check out our FAQs below, and get in touch if you have further questions. We so appreciate your interest!
How much does a workshop cost?
These workshops are FREE! We strongly believe that financial literacy should be taught to all students, so we offer our workshops at no cost to attendees.
Fool School is a part of The Motley Fool’s philanthropic (or as we call it, Foolanthropic) efforts.
What ages do you teach?
We think financial literacy starts early! We teach children as young as 5, all the way up through high school. We have roughly broken them into 3 groups based on grade level, Junior Jesters (K-5), Intrepid Investors (6-8), and Market Masters (9-12).
What can my students expect to learn from your class?
We offer a range of classes based on age and skill level. To learn about our classes, visit our Classes We Offer page for more in-depth descriptions.
Can you come to my school/troop/meeting?
The short answer is no, the long answer is maybe. In rare cases, we can coordinate for our teachers to travel to an off-site location for a single workshop, but generally we only can offer our classes on-site at Fool HQ, located in Alexandria, Virginia. For more information on scheduling a class, please fill out our Contact form.
We’d love to partner with you! How do we get started?
We are currently investing our resources into making our financial literacy curriculum the best it can be (through testing, practice, and more!). Because of this, we are not currently taking on new long-term partnerships. If you’d like updates on partnership availability down the road, please fill out our form on our Contact page.
